Case 25-075 – Variance – 7135 Coffman Road
Request for review and approval of a Non-Use (Area) Variance to allow the widening of the existing driveway to provide dedicated left and right turn lanes onto Coffman Road. The current zoning (R-2) limits maximum lot coverage to 45%. The existing lot coverage is 54.6%, and the proposed driveway improvements would increase the lot coverage to 55.2%.
